This Privacy Policy explains how Funky Unicorn Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of Vidbold (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Vidbold at vidbold.io. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
  • Content you provide: prompts, website URLs, uploaded images, brand colors/logos and other inputs you submit to generate videos.
  • Usage data: videos generated, credits used, and basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and deliver the videos you request.
  • To operate your account, apply credits, and process subscriptions.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
  • To send essential service and billing communications.

3. Third-party services

To provide the Service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors, each under their own privacy terms:

  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • Supabase — authentication and account database.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and video storage.
  • OpenRouter / Anthropic (Claude) — turning your prompt into a video script.
  • ElevenLabs — AI voiceover generation.
  • Pexels / stock providers — background footage.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated videos are stored temporarily for your access and are automatically deleted from our video storage after a limited period (typically 7 days). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
