Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Vidbold, operated by Funky Unicorn Enterprises. Vidbold is a digital subscription service that delivers AI-generated videos instantly.

1. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
• On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle; you will not be charged again.
• We do not charge any cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

• Because credits deliver a digital product immediately, credits that have already been used to generate videos are non-refundable.
• If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented delivery, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund eligible amounts.
• Unused portions of a subscription are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account details, the transaction/payment ID, and the reason for the request.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
