These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Vidbold (the “Service”), operated by Funky Unicorn Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vidbold is an AI tool that generates branded short videos from your text prompts, website URLs, or uploaded images, including AI voiceover, captions, background footage, and music.

2. Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscriptions & credits

  • Paid plans provide a monthly allowance of video credits. Each generated video consumes credits based on its length and options.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be revised with prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that violates any third party’s rights. You must have the rights to any material (images, logos, text) you upload. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the videos you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for how you use and publish the output.

6. Our intellectual property

The Vidbold software, brand, and website are owned by Funky Unicorn Enterprises. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Razorpay, Cloudflare, Supabase, AI providers). Their availability is outside our control and their own terms may apply.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funky Unicorn Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at the registered place of business of Funky Unicorn Enterprises.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See the “Last updated” date above.
