Digital delivery only

Vidbold is a fully digital service operated by Funky Unicorn Enterprises. There are no physical goods and therefore no physical shipping.

How you receive your product

Once a video finishes rendering, it is delivered instantly inside your Vidbold account, where you can preview and download it. Subscription credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.

Delivery charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. You pay only for your subscription plan as shown on the Pricing page.

Delays

Rendering usually completes within a minute. In rare cases of high load or a technical issue, delivery may take longer; if a video fails, the credits used are not deducted. For any delivery problem, contact [email protected].
